Paramount Cosmetics (India) has informed that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Amendment Regulations, 2018 and in accordance with Company's Insider Trading Code to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons of the company, the trading window for dealing in the securities of Paramount Cosmetics (India) (the 'Company') shall remain closed with effect from 01st April, 2023 till 48 hours of declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter/ year ended on 31st March, 2023 for all the designated persons of the company.
