United Drilling Tools has informed that pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company and pursuant to clause 4 of Schedule B read with regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (amendment) Regulations, 2018 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its designated persons shall remain closed from 1st April, 2023 and will open after 48 hours from the announcement of financial results for the 4th Quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2023. Accordingly, the Designated Persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window. Further, the date of the Board Meeting in which result would be considered shall be intimated in due course.
