Lancor Holdings has informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015 read with amendments thereto and further clarification given by BSE vide circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019 - 20 dated 02nd April, 2019, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for the designated person and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from 1st April, 2023 till 48 hours after declaration of financial results for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2023. The Board Meeting date in which the Financial Results for the period Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2023 shall be considered and approved shall be intimated in due course.
