Pursuant to the Code of Conduct of the Company for the prevention of insider trading framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Mysore Petro Chemicals has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by the designated persons shall remain closed from 1st April, 2023.
