Mcleod Russel India has informed that at the meeting held on 31st March 2023, the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) along with the Key Managerial Personnel’s (KMP’s), have noted the following: Azam Monem was reappointed as the Wholetime Director of the Company for a period of three years with effective from 01st April 2020. The tenure of Azam Monem as a Whole-time Director will end on 31st March 2023. Monem has decided to step down as Member of the Board of Directors of the Company. The details required under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 are enclosed as Annexure A.
