In view of the aforesaid, we wish to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for Designated persons as well as connected persons and their immediate relatives from April 01, 2023 and will be open 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023 along with Audit Report thereon.
