Praj Industries has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary named, Praj Genx. The company has received Certificate of Incorporation from Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) on March 31, 2023.
Earlier, the company had planned to form wholly owned domestic Subsidiary Company (Public Ltd. Company) to address the business opportunities arising out of Energy Transition and Climate Action. The board of directors at its meeting held on February 03, 2023 had decided the same.
