Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in compliance with circular no. LIST/COMP /01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019 issued by BSE, Anubhav Infrastructure has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the listed securities of the Company shall be closed for all the Designated Persons of the Company from April 03, 2023 and the same shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of audited financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2023. Accordingly, all Designated Persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closing of Trading Window.
