Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Schaeffler India has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 18th day of April 2023 inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2023. Further, as per circular issued by BSE and National Stock Exchange of India dated February 3, 2014 and December 18, 2013, respectively, the ‘Trading Window’ of the Company is closed from April 1, 2023 and shall remain closed up to April 20, 2023 for the above purpose, in compliance with the Company’s Code on Prohibition of Insider Trading.
