Vipul has confirmed that activities in relation to both physical and electronic share transfer facility are maintained by the Company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent; Mas Services, which is a SEBI approved category-I, Registrar & Transfer Agent, registered with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI Registration Number: INR000000049). Further, Vipul is adopting ‘April to March’ as its Financial year and accordingly we are submitting the compliance certificate for the Financial year ended March 31, 2023, for the period from April 01, 2022 to March 31, 2023, pursuant to Regulation 7(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
