Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories & Participants) Regulations, 2018, Tourism Finance Corporation of India has informed that it attached the copy of Certificate dated April 3, 2023 issued by MCS Share Transfer Agents (Registrar and Transfer Agent) of the Company for the Quarter ended on March 31, 2023. On the basis of the Certificate provided by R&T Agents, it has confirmed that securities received from the Depository Participants for dematerialization during the Quarter ended March 31, 2023 have been listed on Stock Exchanges where the earlier securities are listed. Further, it has confirmed that the security certificates received for dematerialization have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification by the Depository Participant and the name of the Depositories have been substituted in the Register of Members of the Company as the registered owner.
