Madhuveer Com 18 Network has informed that the Company does not fall under the ‘Large Corporate criteria’ as prescribed in para 2.2 of the SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 regarding Fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Entities. Therefore, the requirement for furnishing the Initial Disclosure in prescribed format of ‘Annexure-A’ of that circular do not applicable to the Company.
