Talbros Automotive Components has certified that all the share certificates received by the Company/ Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) for dematerialization during the quarter ended 31st March, 2023 have been mutilated and cancelled and after due verification, the name of the depository as the registered owner in its records has been substituted within stipulated period of time. Further, the securities comprised in the certificates which were dematerialized are listed on the Stock Exchanges where earlier issued securities were listed. This certificate is being furnished to the depositories and the stock exchanges where the securities of the Company are listed on the reliance of the certificate to this effect submitted by KFIN Technologies, RTA of the Company.
