Bloom Industries has informed that the Company does not fulfil the criteria of Large Entities as stated in Para 2.2 of the SEBI Circular -SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018. Therefore, it is not required to submit the Large Corporates - Initial Disclosure (for Identification as LC) and Large Corporates- Annual Disclosure (for details of incremental borrowings) to the Stock Exchange within the stipulated time by Large Corporate Entities as required under SEBI Circular -SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018. However, a Non- Applicability of the said circular confirmation to be given to the Stock Exchange in the specified mode. In this regard, it has confirmed that the Company is not identified as a Large Corporate Entity as per Para 2.2 of the said circular.
