In reference to the SEBI circular dated November 26, 2018 with regard to fund raising by issuance of debt securities by large entities, RR Metalmakers India has confirmed that the company is not identified as a Large Corporate as on March 31, 2023, as per the applicability criteria given under the SEBI circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018. Therefore, it is not required to submit any disclosure as required in clause 4 of the above Circular.
