Rollatainers has signed a Joint Venture Agreement with Toyo Machine Manufacturing Co to develop, design, assemble, manufacture, produce industrial machines and spare parts for production packaging and printing machines for all kinds of consumer and industrial products in India and to market, sell and service the products throughout the territory.
This joint venture will be formed with investment of 50% by Rollatainers and 50% by Toyo Machine Manufacturing Co. The joint venture will set up a state of the art manufacturing and design facility near Delhi and will cater to the huge retail food and agricultural processing and pharmaceutical industries that are poised for a rapid growth in the near future.
Rollatainers will enter into Management Services Agreement with proposed JV Company. The joint venture company will be incorporated and Toyo Machines manufacturing Co of japan will enter into technical agreement with the proposed JV Company.
Rollatainers is the largest producer of lined cartons in India with over 500 packaging machines installed in India and abroad. It has 6 Manufacturing locations in India with manufacturing capabilities of producing over 800 million cartons per annum (lined & mono cartons), wide range of laminates & flexible packaging material and automatic packing machines.
