Raymond’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Silver Spark Apparel has acquired 100% stake in Raymond America Apparel INC (RAAI) incorporated in New Jersey. The acquisition was completed on April 25, 2023. The objective of acquisition to increase market presence in North America.

Raymond is one of India’s largest branded fabric and fashion retailers. It is one of the leading, integrated producers of suiting fabric in the world.
