With reference to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/P/CIR/2021/613 dated August 10, 2021 (updated as on April 13, 2022) and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS-RACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/049 dated March 31, 2023, regarding fund raising by issuance of Debt securities by Large Entities, Asia Pack has informed that the company does not fulfill the criteria as specified in aforesaid SEBI operational Circular dated August 10, 2021 for Large Corporate.
