Classic Filaments has informed that Board of Directors at their meeting held today, 26.04.2023 has passed Resolution for Change of Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) from Satellite Corporate Services to Skyline Financial Services. In order to bring efficiency in services to the Shareholders at economical rate and for certain procedural reasons, it was decided by the Board of Directors at their meeting held today; 26.04.2023 to shift all the RTA services to Skyline Financial Services. Further informed that till such time the process of change in RTA is completed, Satellite Corporate Services will continue as RTA of the Company.
