Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (LOOR) Regulations 2015, AVT Natural Products has informed that the company had received requests from shareholder for issue of duplicate share certificates on account of loss of the share certificate. The details of the share certificate lost are enclosed. Trading on the old share certificate numbers may be stopped by the Exchange. After complying of all the procedures new certificates would be issued by the Company to the shareholder.
