Compuage Infocom informs about disclosure

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Policy for Determination of Materiality of Events of the Company, Compuage Infocom has informed that the Company is undergoing stressful liquidity conditions mainly on account of gradual setback in its enterprise business originating from Covid-19 situation, delay in collections due to slowdown in the IT Hardware industry coupled with working capital deficit, withdrawal of support from key vendors and fall in the margins due to current trends of increase in online purchases by consumers. The Company is in the process of drawing up an action plan to cope with the above-mentioned issues.
