Ashok Leyland has reported 10% growth in its total sales, including exports, at 12974 units in April 2023 over the same month last year. Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) sales were stood at 5041 units in April 2023. Medium and heavy commercial vehicles (M&HCV) Trucks and bus sales stood at 6831 units and 1102 units, respectively.
Domestic sales in April 2023 stood at 12366 units. Domestic LCV sales stood at 4944 units in April 2023. Domestic M&HCV Trucks and bus sales stood at 6656 units and 766 units, respectively.
Ashok Leyland, the Hinduja Group flagship company in India, is engaged in the manufacturing of commercial vehicles and related components. The company’s products include buses, trucks, engines, defense and special vehicles.
