Compuage Infocom surges on divesting entire shareholding in Greenvision Technologies

Compuage Infocom is currently trading at Rs. 44.00, up by 1.25 points or 2.92% from its previous closing of Rs. 42.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. NA and has touched a high and low of Rs. 44.00 and Rs. 44.00 respectively.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 93.20 on 09-Mar-2012 and a 52 week low of Rs. 42.10 on 06-Mar-2013.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 46.00 and Rs. 42.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 30.95 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 67.83% while Non-Institutions held 32.17% stake in the company.

Compuage Infocom has exited completely from Greenvision Technologies through the sale of company's equity investment held in Greenvision Technologies and the said company is no more a subsidiary company of Compuage Infocom with effect from March 04, 2013.
