Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Talbros Automotive Components has informed that meetings of Audit Committee and the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 16th May, 2023, to transact the following business: To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2023, to consider and recommend the payment of final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2022-23 (subject to approval by shareholders at their ensuing Annual General Meeting) and fixation of the date of 66th Annual General Meeting of the Company. It has further informed that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in equity shares of the Company will continue to remain closed till 18th May, 2023.
