Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, York Exports has informed that the shareholder, Sudesh Jain (Folio No. 3004) has reported to the RTA of the Company about loss of share certificate and has requested for the issue of Duplicate Share Certificate in lieu thereof. The Company is in the process of issuing letter of confirmation in lieu of duplicate share certificate to her after completion of required formalities.
