West Leisure Resorts has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 10th May, 2023 to consider the following: audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2023 and proposal for recommendation of dividend on equity shares. Further, in continuation to its intimation dated 31st March, 2023 regarding closure of trading window of the Company, the trading window will remain closed till completion of 48 hours after declaration of the aforesaid audited financial results on 10th May, 2023.
