Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has enclosed the following: (i) Statement showing the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company as per Indian Accounting Standards (IND - AS) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023; (ii) Auditors' Report on the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023 on Standalone and Consolidated basis. Same is also uploaded on the website of the Company www.aymsyntex.com. Pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(d) of the SEBI Regulations, the Company has confirmed that the Statutory Auditors of the Company have expressed an unmodified opinion on the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2023.
