Further, as informed earlier vide its letter dated March 30, 2023, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's securities by its Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives have already been closed with effect from April 01, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended on March 31, 2023.
