In compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Abans Enterprises has informed that Reshma Gwalani has tendered her resignation from the post of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company vide letter dated May 11, 2023. She will cease to be the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from the close of business hours of May 11, 2023. The details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 are attached as Annexure A to this letter. The announcement of appointment of the successor to Reshma Gwalani shall be made in the due course.
