NRB Bearings has entered into Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on May 23, 2023 with Oberoi Realty (Purchaser) for sale of the land area admeasuring around 25,700 square meters (as per the Title Deeds) situated at 2nd Pokharan Road, Majiwade, Thane along with building and structures standing thereon. The transaction of sale is expected to be completed within 120 days from signing of the MOU subject to fulfilment of covenants, terms and conditions mentioned in the MOU.
