GR Infraprojects’ wholly owned subsidiary --GR Venkatpur Thallasenkesa Highway has executed the concession agreement with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) on May 25, 2023 for the project ‘Construction of 4?lane Access Controlled Greenfield Highway section of NH?163G (Warangal?Khammam) from Venkatpur village in Warangal District at Design Ch. 150.240 Km. to Thallasenkesa Village in Mahabubabed District at Design Ch. 189.650 Km. (total length 39.410 Km.) under other Economic Corridor (NH(O)) programme on Hybrid Annuity Mode in the State of Telangana (Package?II). The bid project cost is Rs 847.87 crore. Completion period of the project is 730 days from appointed date and operation period is 15 years from commercial operation date.
