Bijoy Hans has informed that on account of unexpected network connectivity issue the Company could not submit the financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2023 within 30 minutes of the conclusion of the board meeting. The network issue is beyond control and as soon as it started working, they have submitted the financial results though it was delayed by 6 minutes which was unintentional and due to bona fide reason. It is pertinent to mention here that the Company is regularly complying with various requirements and filing the information within the stipulated period of time and for the first time it was delayed by 6 minutes on account of network connectivity issue.
