Goyal Aluminiums has made further investment in Wroley E India, an associate company, by subscribing the equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each per equity share offered through Right issue with an aggregate investment of Rs 1 crore. Pursuant to the same, the shareholding of the Company in Wroley E India has increased from 9,40,000 equity shares to 19,40,000 equity shares with 33.33% of total paid up equity share capital.
