Shree Global Tradefin has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e..7th June, 2023 has considered, approved the following: In view of rebranding of the Company, the Board approved change in the name of the Company from ‘Shree Global Tradefin ‘ to ‘Lloyds’ or any other suitable name which may be available with Registrar of Companies, subject to approval of Shareholders of the Company, Registrar of Companies and of any other authority as may be required; Alteration of MOA and AOA of the Company with respect to the change of name of the Company; Considered and approve alteration/amendment to the Main Object Clause of the Company subject to the approval of the Members of the Company.
