DCB Bank has informed that the Bank has issued and allotted 26,200 equity shares of Rs.10 each today i.e. on June 12, 2023 to the employees of the Bank, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Accordingly, the issued and paid-up share capital of the Bank stands increased from 31,17,04,333 equity shares of Rs.10 each to 31,17,30,533 equity shares of Rs.10 each.
