In terms of Regulation 30 (6) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Suumaya Corporation has informed that Pooja Shah, has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company vide resignation letter dated 16th June, 2023 and the same has been considered and acknowledged by the Company. The Company is in the process of appointing a new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the same will be communicated to the Stock Exchange in due course. Details in respect of the above resignation is enclosed in Annexure 1.
