Ramasigns Industries has informed that, as per the Company's minimum Standards Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Directors and Designated Persons under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)Regulations, 2015 (as amended) (PIT Regulations) on the provisions of Clause 4 of the Schedule B of the PIT regulations, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st July, 2023 and Will reopen after completion of 48 hours from the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2023 by the Board of Directors of the Company.
