Shiva Mills has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today 26.6.2023 have approved the appointment of M Ganeshkumar DIN (10175966), BA LLB, Coimbatore as an Additional Director categorized as Non - Executive Independent Director of the Company, for a term of 5 consecutive years with effective from 26.6.2023 to 25.6.2028, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company.
