Shiva Texyarn has informed that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee meeting held on 26.06.2023, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on Monday, 26th June 2023 has appointed V Bhuvaneshwari (DIN:01628512) as an Additional Director in the capacity of Independent Director of the Company for a consecutive term of five years commencing from 26.06.2023 to 25.06.2028, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The details as required under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 along with a brief profile of V. Bhuvaneshwari is enclosed.
