Pursuant to the 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, (as amended time to time) regarding trading restriction period, Machino Plastics has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 1st July, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2023 for all the directors/ officers/ designated employees and any person having contractual or fiduciary relation with the Company.
