Puravankara’s sales value logs 2- fold jump in Q1FY24

Puravankara has reported sales value of Rs 1,126 crore in Q1FY24 as compared to Rs 513 crore in Q1FY23, i.e. reported 2- fold jump. In Q4FY23, sales value stood at Rs 1,007 crore. The company's sales bookings in volume terms rose 97% to 1.36 million square feet during Q1FY24, from 0.69 million square feet in Q1FY23. Average price realization increased by 11% to Rs 8,277/sft during Q1FY24 from Rs 7,436/sft in Q1FY23.
