Nrb Industrial Bearings has informed that it enclosed the Notice of 12 Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 08th August, 2023 at 2.00 pm through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India in view of the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic. Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday 2nd August 2023 to Tuesday 8th August, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 12th Annual General Meeting.
