Kirloskar Industries has informed that Kirloskar Ferrous Industries (KFIL), a listed material subsidiary of the Company, has submitted to the stock exchange, where the shares of KFIL are listed, vide its letter dated 12 July 2023, pursuant to Regulation 30 and 51 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the copy of the Notice to the members regarding Annual General Meeting, e-voting and the Record date. The aforesaid Notice of KFIL has been published on 12 July 2023 in the newspapers, Financial Express (English language newspaper) in all India editions and Loksatta (Marathi language newspaper) in Pune edition. A copy of the intimation submitted by KFIL is enclosed.
