Kolte Patil Developers has sold 0.93 million square feet area during April- June 2023-24 (Q1FY24) as against 0.61 million square feet area in the year-ago period i.e. up by 52%. Sales value stood at Rs 701 crore in Q1FY24, rise by 58%, compared to Rs 445 crore in Q1FY23. The collections grew by 8% during Q1FY24 to Rs 513 crore as compared to Rs 474 crore in Q1FY23.
