Voith Paper Fabrics India has informed that at the meeting held on 12th May, 2023, the Board of Directors of the Company has recommended the payment of dividend @ 70% (Rs.7 per equity share of Rs.10 each fully paid-up) for the year ended on 31st March, 2023, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing 53rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. For this purpose, the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 29th July, 2023 to Thursday, 10th August, 2023 (both days inclusive).
