In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ITC has informed that it enclosed copies of the newspaper clippings of the Notice published on completion of dispatch of the notice of 112th AGM today on 18th July, 2023 in Kolkata editions of the newspapers, ‘Business Standard’ (English) and ‘Aajkal’ (Bengali). The aforesaid Notice was also published, in the Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai and New Delhi editions of Business Standard.
