Himadri Speciality Chemical has completed acquisition of 100% Equity Shares of Combe Projects by way of purchase of Equity Shares from the existing shareholders of the Target Company. Consequent to the said acquisition, Combe Projects has become the Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Himadri Speciality Chemical with effective from July 20, 2023. Earlier, the company had received approval for acquisition of stake in Combe Projects.
Himadri Speciality Chemical is primarily engaged in the manufacturing of carbon materials and chemicals. The company has operations in India and caters to both domestic and international markets.
