Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the Listing Regulations, Indo Amines has informed that the Company has received mail from RTA - Bigshare Services, providing information regarding loss of share certificates and issue of duplicate share certificates respectively, to the shareholders of the Company in lieu thereof. Duplicate Share Certificates will be issued only after completion of necessary procedures prescribed by Law. This information is being submitted pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
