Mahindra Lifespace Developers has reported results for first quarter ended June 30, 2023 (Q1FY24).
The company has reported net loss of Rs 5.49 crore for the quarter under review as against net profit of Rs 76.63 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 73.05% at Rs 19.45 crore for Q1FY24 as compared Rs 72.17 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On consolidated basis, the company has reported net loss of Rs 4.27 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2023 as against net profit of Rs 75.70 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 6.21% at Rs 110.05 crore for Q1FY24 as compared Rs 117.34 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
