It enclosed the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the 1st quarter ended 30th June, 2023 along with Limited Review Report as on the same date; The Board of Directors has decided to change the name of the Company from Alan Scott Industries to Alan Scott Enterprises. Necessary approval of shareholders will be sought in the ensuing 29th Annual General Meeting; K. Subramanian, Independent Director, and Manoj Iyer, Executive Director have resigned from the Board.
